Our Family’s Situation
Due to a series of events that occurred in the hospital after my husband, Rob Skiba, was admitted on September 3, 2021, I developed a concise and detailed summary of the treatments (and mistreatments) Rob received at the hands of the “medical experts.”
I then hired an MD who has served as an expert medical witness in numerous medical malpractice trials and asked him to conduct a preliminary review and analysis of the medical records of Rob’s 40-day stay in the hospital. What he discovered was very disturbing; so disturbing he created a “Causes of Action” document that detailed the mistreatment Rob suffered.
I am currently in the midst of writing my story in a book that fully details Rob’s and my first-hand experiences with how the American medical establishment followed a set of strict, alarming, and lethal protocols and policies that placed “the protocol” ahead of the rights, health, and well-being of my husband.
Sadly, Rob had no voice—because his rights were stripped from him.
His drugs and treatments were exclusively determined by a group of “medical professionals” who ignored his and my input and demands.
Rob was purposely isolated from me and the rest of his family for twenty-one days, during which time his body was assaulted with copious health-destroying medications (such as Remdesivir) and harmful treatments that I believe (as you will discover in the book) directly led to his demise.

Our Purpose
Our true purpose is to bring to light the mistreatment of patients and the violation of their “patient rights” that has become a common, everyday occurrence in almost every hospital in the country when someone presents with what they view as “Covid” symptoms—especially if that person is not vaccinated. Rob was not vaccinated, a fact they noted in ALL CAPS BOLD in the hospital records more than once. I believe that notation made Rob a target; a target whom they felt needed to be made an example of.
It is time we put an end to this madness, as doing so will help save thousands of innocent lives by eliminating what I call “the protocols that kill.”
I truly feel that our family’s horrific experience is part of our life’s story in Yah’s (the Lord’s) mighty timeline, regardless of the deep pain and disappointment I am experiencing. I remain steadfast knowing He is there, and He is Faithful.
I am praying that what we experienced, as revealed in my upcoming book, will serve as the catalyst that helps shut down this evil plot to annihilate many innocent lives.

Many have thought that placing their lives in the hands of the “experts” would be a wise choice, yet later learned that the “system” they placed their trust in is not patient-focused but is instead protocol-centered—and that system’s unbending policies and protocols ended up causing them far more harm than good. For many, such as Rob Skiba, their inflexible “protocols that kill” led to their untimely deaths.
As noted in the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons article on Biden’s Bounty on Your Life, creating a “National Pandemic Emergency” provided justification for sweeping actions that have overridden individual physicians’ medical decision-making and patients’ rights, and has enabled the “tragic and avoidable loss of hundreds of thousands of lives.”

“CMS [the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] has granted ‘waivers’ of federal law regarding patient rights. Specifically, CMS purports to allow hospitals to violate the rights of patients or their surrogates with regard to medical record access, to have patient visitation, and to be free from seclusion.
She further notes that “rights do not come from the hospital or CMS and cannot be waived, as that is the antithesis of a ‘right.’ The purported waivers are meant to isolate and gain total control over the patient and to deny patient and patient’s decision-maker the ability to exercise informed consent.”
